Summary The state did not adopted Common Core standards. Instead they have the Standards of Learning (SOL) that can be found on Virginia Department of Education site. 2016-new state standards, called the Virginia Standards of Learning are approved for Math . The new standards to be fully implemented in the 2017-18 school year. English Language Arts are being revised in 2017 and are up for first review in Septmeber. |
